Privacy policy

MindLink Automations is an AI automation studio based in Corrientes, Argentina. We are responsible for the data collected on this site. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +54 9 379 467-2675 or through the contact form.

• Contact form: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp and your message.
• Revenue calculator: name, company and WhatsApp, plus the numbers you enter about your operation (leads per month, response time, average deal value and coverage hours).
• Live demo access: name, company, email and phone.
• Site chat and live demo: the messages you write and the assistant's replies. In the demo we also keep the products it showed you and how long it took to reply.
• WhatsApp: if you message us, your number, profile name and the conversation.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and the pages you visit. The IP is used to stop abuse (rate limiting); in the demo records it is stored as a hash, never in plain text.

We never ask for passwords, card details or sensitive data (health, religion, political views). Please don't type them into the chat or the demo.

• Answering your inquiry and preparing the assessment or proposal you asked for.
• Following up on your inquiry in our CRM.
• Running the chat and the demo, and improving them by reviewing how they answer.
• Measuring how the site is used and how our ads perform.
• Preventing abuse and keeping the site secure.

We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't use it for anything other than what this page says.

The site chat and the live demo are answered by an AI agent, not a person. What you write is processed by language model providers to generate the reply.

Demo conversations are recorded: the MindLink team can read them to improve the demo and to follow up with you, and is notified when someone opens it. The demo catalog is a test catalog generated with AI: its products and prices are not real.

Only with the providers we need to run the site, each for its own task:

• n8n: automates each inquiry's path, from the form or chat to the CRM.
• Airtable: our CRM, where each inquiry is kept.
• Supabase: stores the live demo records.
• AI model providers: generate the chat and demo replies.
• Meta (WhatsApp, Meta Pixel): WhatsApp conversations and ad measurement.
• Google (Google Analytics): visit measurement.
• Cloudflare (Turnstile): when enabled, the form's anti-bot check.
• Hostinger: the server the site runs on.

Several of these providers store data on servers outside Argentina, for example in the United States or the European Union. By using the site and sending us your data you accept that transfer, which we only make to providers that protect the security of the information.

• Essential: a cookie that remembers your language (mindlink-locale, kept for one year) and, in your browser, the light or dark theme, the chat and demo sessions and the details you entered to access the demo so we don't ask again.
• Measurement: the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, when enabled, set their own cookies to count visits and measure ads.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without the measurement ones.

• Inquiries that don't move forward: up to 24 months after the last contact. Then we delete them.
• Demo records: up to 12 months.
• Clients: for as long as the service lasts, and afterwards whatever the law requires (for example, invoices).

If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do (see Data deletion).

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, update or delete your data, or to stop messaging you. We answer access requests within 10 calendar days and correction or deletion requests within 5 business days, as set by Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25,326. If you live outside Argentina, you may also have rights under your local law.

Data subjects may exercise their right of access to their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as set out in Article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326.

The addresses of our internal systems are never exposed on the site, the forms filter malicious content and limit attempts, and only the MindLink team can access the CRM and the demo records. No system is infallible: if we detect a problem affecting your data, we'll let you know.

The site is meant for businesses and professionals. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we find out it happened, we delete it.

If anything changes in how we handle data, we update this page and the date above. If the change is significant, we announce it on the site.
