Data deletion

Last updated: October 4, 2026

How to ask us to delete the data you left on this site, in the chat, in the demo or on WhatsApp. It's free and you don't have to give a reason.

Request deletion on WhatsApp

01What you can ask us to delete

  • Your record in our CRM (name, company, email, phone and messages).
  • The numbers you entered in the calculator.
  • Your site chat and live demo conversations.
  • Our copy of the conversations you had with us on WhatsApp.

You can also ask just to see it, correct it, or for us to stop messaging you.

02How to request it

  • On WhatsApp: message +54 9 379 467-2675 from the same number you contacted us with and tell us you want your data deleted. The button below opens the message already written.
  • Through the contact form: enter the name and the phone or email you used, and write "Delete my data" in the message.

03How we check it's you

We reply to the same number or email you contacted us from. If you write from a different one, we ask you for a detail to confirm the data is yours. That way nobody can delete or request someone else's data.

04How long it takes

Within 5 business days we confirm the deletion, as set by Article 16 of Argentina's Law 25,326. We delete it from our CRM, the demo records and our automations.

05What we may keep

  • What the law requires us to keep, such as invoices or contracts if you were a client, only for the legal period.
  • A minimal note that you asked to be removed (without the rest of your data), so we don't message you again.

06WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook

We delete our copy of the conversations. The history kept on your phone and on Meta's servers is managed from your WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook account. If you ever granted us permissions with your Meta account, you can also remove them from that account's settings.

07Cookies and measurement

Measurement cookies (Meta Pixel and Google Analytics) live in your browser: you delete them from its settings. To keep ads from using your activity, check the ad preferences in your Meta and Google accounts.
